General
- If there is an event of a loss, we are suggesting to take necessary steps to prevent further losses and immediately report the loss to AIG Claim Officers.
- Report to the Police Station if the loss suffered is caused by a criminal act as per claim procedure in Your Policy.
- Claim reports can be submitted to AIG Indonesia Customer Service during our operational hours: Monday – Friday, from 8.30 to 17.00 WIB as follow: email: contact.indonesia@aig.com or phone: 0800 124 8888 (toll free number)

AIG Indonesia is committed to provide high quality claim services to meet our customer's need. The duration of claim process depends on information and document completion, inspection report of appointed claim officer/third party, and the complexity of the claim.
The claim payment will be paid effectively within 14 (fourteen) working days after the agreement on the claim value.

Marine Klaim Cepat
“AIG Marine Klaim Cepat” is AIG Indonesia’s service innovation in handling series of Marine Cargo claim procedures. In this service, AIG balances adjudication efforts with value claims and simplifying the claims process to improve the quality of customer experience in processing Marine Cargo claims.
This service applied to small amount. The process of AIG Marine Klaim Cepat is 7 (seven) working days after documents are completed. For more detailed information, please click the link here.
You will receive the Settlement letter within 5 working days after document complete and premium is fully paid. Claim payment will be done within 2 working days after settlement letter issued.
